Commissioner's Message to the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency (FERMA): Please come to the rescue of commuters along the failed Calabar-Itu Federal highway. Photos show the situation at the Cross River end of the road. Please help draw the attention of the federal authorities. Believe me! What used to be a one hour journey now takes four hours.
